No, not really. After unearthing the epiphany about self-determination, there is nothing else that Rain provides. It's my opinion that Rainman "disappeared" at the point of unearthing the self-determination thing. I think just reading and trying to analyze the lyrics is a gateway to Hell. Rain is now most likely sitting in a black leather speedo, chained to a leg of Liberace's piano, lubricating the pedals as the pianist serenades Mephistopheles.
