Really enjoyed that one as well.

Just watched Hamlet 2. It had some genuine laugh out loud moments, but overall it felt like I was watching a South Park episode, only not as good.

Okay. Done with Tropic Thunder. Not really as good as I thought it would be. I guess I'll put in Pineapple Express so I can get in on some of the recent conversation in here.

Pineapple Express - Unrated Version
Tropic Thunder
Juno
Maid of Honor (Yes. A chick flick. I'm a chick. And it's Patrick Dempsey.)

I haven't seen Pineapple Express, but I'm going to guess that you end up liking Juno the most out of that set, unless the chick factor kicks in to inexplicably boost the appeal of Maid of Honor.

I'd watch Juno last, it's probably the best of the bunch.

I'm done for the night after this one. Funny so far.

I think it's just as good as DVC.

I actually like A&D the book better than DaVinci.

That being said, I thought the movie was lame, I hope they do better with this one.

The only redeeming factor of Tropic Thunder was Downey. Otherwise, it was pure dogshit.

I went and saw Slumdog Millionaire today, what a great flick. Easily in my top 5 for the past year. It really ought to win some awards.

I think the movie will be better; anything with EMac ups the ante considerably.

Bale's explosion last week prompted me to review all of the Terminator movies again. I really hope that McG and that prick DP don't ruin what should be one of the greatest future war movies of all time.

Or maybe it's the fact that Todd Haley looks somewhat similar to Michael Biehn.

When it comes to sheer badassedness, does anything top Arnie shredding about 15 cop cars with a minigun and a grenade launcher?

Miniguns are full of win.

But what can I say? I've always been a sucker for the franchise, even though I used to have nightmares of a T-1000 chasing me when I was 9 or 10.

Agreed. Downey seems to be making a comeback as of late.

Pineapple Express was much better than Tropic Thunder.

I thought they were both overrated, but still decently funny

I caught Planet Terror when it came out. Watched it again yesterday. The synth in that thing is a thing of genius.

So I signed up for Netflix, and am mainly using it to catch up on older movies I never watched - last night:

Nixon.

How the **** did I miss this for almost 15 years?

If you can get over Oliver Stone playing loosely with facts and conjecture, the performances are amazing. Didn't even bother me that it ran 3.5 hours.

Anything else from the mid-90's that are classics I might have missed?
