I wish I were still shredded. Just got back from a 14 day cruise. I'm lucky I can still see my abs.

It's quarter squats followed by presses to nose level, right?!?! LOL

I can standing strict press 135x8 on a good day with bar to clavicles each rep. Not impressive but I'll call out jokers on that lift too.

I wouldn't talk it if I couldn't do it.

Like 135 is a big deal? And no, I don't bring my ass cheeks all the way to the floor, but I'm not curtsying the mother****er either.

If it's a strict, full range of motion press than yes, 10 reps is good. Most use leg drive and stop the bar at midface however. One of the worst performed lifts in the gym next to squats, which you should be hitting parallel or lower.

But 6ft, 178 is string bean pussy territory unless you're rocking a sick 6 pack.

Well your calves should closely match the size of your arms, if not bigger.

Bigger, just slightly.

I hate 'chicken legs'. So, I have to work those sons of bitches hard to get the build.

I've been concentrating on CFA studying right now so I've only been hitting the gym once a week. Even then, I'm doing 5X5 @ 205. I was doing 5X5 @ 225.

Edit: I'm 5'8", 188 right now

Hmm. Guess I remembered wrong. My b.

My calves are a little bit bigger than my arms (not when flexed though) and I feel like my legs should go in the fryer.

**** calves, man.

I think most of the heavies in my gym are either on maintenance or permanent de-load. I'm like, how the **** did you get so big lifting so little weight?

I may have somewhat exaggerated my calf size in comparison to the skinny lad's two arms, but I stand behind everything else.
