Also sounds like Garrett is considering returning too.

Yeah, he hasn't got the memo.

After watching Thompson all year, I don't think he is a top tier, Power 5 conference player.

Self is obviously a better judge of talent than I am, but I feel like we must have recruited him based on size and potential, thinking that we could coach him up and turn him into a good player by his junior or senior year.

His jump shot is ugly, and he wasn't a good defender either. Any time he made a shot, I was genuinely surprised.

I don't think there is any chance in hell that he ever plays in the league. I think he would be extremely lucky to even play in the G League.

Agreed. He won't be turning into the next Grimes either.

Kyle Cuffe Jr. has reclassified and he'll join this year's team.

So, bye bye to TyTy.

Devion Harmon (Sooners) also has entered the portal. He and Jalen Wilson are close friends. I wouldn't mind offering him.

Self should not be waiting on them to make a decision if a top prospect is interested. I imagine he’d recruit over both in a heartbeat.

I thought the way this worked was the top prospects won’t commit until the starters make their decision to NBA or not. They have options and don’t want to enter the team causing conflict? Or fight for a spot or whatever reason an 18 year old needs. Is that right?

Tanner and Jacob Groves had 58 vs us in Round 1 this year. You prob thought you’d never see them again, but you’d be wrong:

Spokane natives Groves brothers commit to Oklahoma men's basketball

Tanner was the Big Sky Player of the Year last season and averaged 17.2 points per game. His brother Jacob averaged 9.3 points per game.

So probably 10-11 ppg and 6-7 for the brother unless the volume is just crazy which it could be because that roster has nothing on it

Enaruna transferring to ISU.
