Why did the Chargers make that trade? King was going to get paid next spring and that would’ve given them a comp pick higher than a 6th. Now the Titans will get a 4th or 5th rd comp pick while giving up a 6th.

Why would they get a comp pick for King? He's still on his rookie contract.

If you don't sign a player after their contract expires (rookie, whatever) and they sign a big FA deal, comp pick.

I was very intrigued by the Billy Price idea. I guess he played very well the other night drawing praise from Joe Burrow so that deal is probably out.

I think he was a perfect target for Veach. Huge value for our O line.

I doubt they're going to pick up a LB. Not much out there. DL is a possibility. OL might be as well.
