Seeing on the twitters that Cartier Martin or Dremain Diarra or some combination of both of those (hell, I don't know. They keep recycling names over there) is out indefinitely with some sort of hand injury. The basketball gods really do want us to win #15.

Already is.

That KSU road win at UT should do just about do it for the streak. Will take some kind of collapse from them now.

****ing Shaka Smart.

KU has to win at Tech. If they do, I’ll predict they win out in conference and share the title with someone.

Unsurprisingly Texas' "hold/dribble the ball for 30 seconds and throw up a garbage shot offense" didn't work out today for Shaka.

If we win at Tech - I will give you all free bitcoin.

big nasty kcnut 02-13-2019 01:44 AM

I'm in for bitcoins.

ksu has 7 games left, we have 6. likely lose to Tech on the road but we should win the rest of the games. Another thing thats incredible about this streak is when we go on the road we get a place thats packed to the rim, loud as ****, and the other team wanting to do anything they can to win. KSU as the 18th team in the nation last night walks into texas to an arena a third filled and quiet as ****.

Couldn't pass this one up..

Udoka had 17 pts and 4 blks against Michigan St. in only 20 minutes gametime (he was in foul trouble). He was most DEFINITELY an impact when in the game.

vs Tennessee he only scored 9, grabbed 4 boards in 17 minutes of play and again was in foul trouble the entire time (fouling out). I could see where you might make a case, but he still contributed. That's not "nothing in either game", especially the MSU win.

He was all right in the MSU game, I'll give you that. That win was mostly due to Grimes hitting six threes and looking like a college superstar rather than a complete scrub at this level, though.

He was abysmal in the Tennessee game. Had four turnovers as well. We were lucky he fouled out because it opened things up for Dedric to dominate and play arguably his best game of the season (24-13-5 on 9 of 16 shooting).
