The Kansas City Chiefs are offering a limited number of $250 and $390 FULL SEASON TICKETS for all EDITED as well as their friends and family for the grand opening of The New Arrowhead in 2010.

As has been their tactic lately, those are just normal ticket prices - not discounted.

Not sure if this is a similar tactic, but I got this today:

I hope you are well. I wanted to reach out to you as you have expressed interest in Chiefs season tickets in the past. Today the Chiefs have released some cancelled seats and we have seats available in row 1 and 2 in both the upper and lower levels.

The Chiefs are hurting to sell tickets and sponsorships. You can see why Clark isn't reinvesting in the team. Very little money coming in...very little going out.

I seem to get these e-mails twice per week. I'd get season tickets again if I was in better financial shape, I just can't justify it right now.

Right now, you are just as well off walking up on game day and grabbing cheap tickets. This way you can avoid paying for the dog games and pre-season.

I'm not supposed to call until March 31st, but I'm going to see what I can get done. He'll probably tell me to call back in a few weeks, but you never know.
