Chiefs trade (Arenas) for...wait for it...a FB?

Chiefs acquired FB Anthony Sherman from the Chiefs...er Cardinals.
New Cards head coach Bruce Arians has no room for plodding fullbacks in his aggressive, vertical offense. So Sherman heads to Andy Reid's West Coast scheme as Jamaal Charles' lead blocker. The 2011 fifth-rounder graded out 20th among 25 qualifying fullbacks in Pro Football Focus' rankings last season. May 1 - 12:11 PM

WTF?

I don't know anything about this guy. But iI doubt anyone on the roster last year will be competing for a roster spot at fullback. I bet it's Braden Wilson's job to lose. He is basically the same player as Owen Schmitt, who I believe played about 20 percent of snaps for the iggles last year.

If this player is a request from Dave Toub, I have no problem with it provided it wasn't anything more than a 6th rounder. I'm putting my trust in that guy. He's a ****ing genius when it comes to special teams.
