Geno Smith will be on at 12:30 on the Danny Parkins show 610 sports.

I posted this in the Geno thread but I know some of you hate mega threads. I believe this is the first time he's done an interview with KC media.

Asked him about Mel Kiper's comments of a QB not going at 1.

"I can't speak for anyone but myself. It hurts to hear that, but they do their thing just as a fan of the game does, and that makes no difference what I will do for my career. Aaron Rodgers went later. Tom Brady was in the 6th round. I'm not worried because everyone has an opinion. It's only motivation for me."

"I played in three different systems in college. You have to mix up the looks because defenses in the NFL are so good at recognizing the play. I have the ability to adapt and have put in the work necessary to be great"
