There's no rule against calling yourself racist. Good grief, do you understand the topic we're discussing? If you want to generate a similar example, try to make it similar in some important respect related to the point being discussed.

Can we use the n-word as long as we're joking? Look, as dumb as the rule is, it was a rule articulated by Flopnuts and he wasn't willing to offer any kind of clarification. He's in clear violation of his stupid rule. Now if he wants to articulate a better rule so we can all understand where the line is drawn, or if he wants to admit it was a stupid rule from the beginning and repeal it, I'm all ears.

This isn't a question of whether you find his post offensive. It's a question about his rule. Because personally, I don't see how it could possibly be offensive if a stranger on a message board actually accuses someone they don't even know of being a pedophile so that's clearly not the test.

Wow, you attempt to berate me for a lack of understanding yet you've failed to actually comprehend what I posted.

If someone were to make a similar joke about me, for instance revolving around racism as opposed to condoning pedo behavior, I wouldn't find it offensive or attempt to appeal to the moderation of the forum. I would take it as a joke instead of overreacting, as you have plainly done.

No, I understand what you posted, as evidenced by my criticisms pointing out the ways in which your posts have been irrelevant.

You are hopelessly clueless. I'm not offended by the content of Flopnuts' post at all. That should have been clear to you when I said it wouldn't offend me to actually be accused of being a pedophile by someone who doesn't even know me. What I'm offended by is moderators establishing an ad hoc rule on the fly, refusing to clearly define the boundaries of the new rule, and then feeling free to violate the letter of the rule.

Go back and read my posts again. That might help you out. They aren't irrelevant. They just don't go along with your opinion. Disagreeing with you doesn't make me wrong. That's fine though. The world would be boring without dissent.

Jesus man quit crying about DC rules. Your only hope is to win the presidency and use executive orders.

Someone is going to have to start the poll. Bo's Pelini isn't logged on.

You could possibly be the president of DC, if you wait you can just appoint him~

Hmmm. That goes very strongly against my belief in separation of Church and State. I like it.

Well I have already endorsed GoChiefs, agnostic Pope. If he isn't elected and I am then I will appoint him.
