I don't have a ton of time to explain my picks today, so I'm just going to make them. Maybe I'll flesh out descriptions as the day goes along.

Assumptions:

1. The Chiefs resign Bowe, and let Dorsey and Albert walk.

2. Cassel is cut. Tyson Jackson stays on board, at reduced salary.

3. The Chiefs land CB Sean Smith.

4. They get one compensatory pick, an extra third (Carr).

I love both BUT Wallace is too fast thus too deep for Smith's arm and Jennings is a potato chip(breaks when you touch him). Just saying. However, Geno's arm would be perfect for Wallace

Alex Smith's arm isn't as weak as you seem to think, but more importantly, receiver speed can be used after the catch as well as before it.
