The players aren't calling the plays. Those were screen passes not check downs.

You can't really argue with my statement regarding the group as a whole. I like Wilson a lot, but his performance so far is average at best. Manuel's performance might be considered to be slightly above average due to his nice deep throw. Mix those two in with others playing at a very, very low level and I stand by my statement.

lol i hope not cause i still think he sucks. He made a couple passes and his deep pass was off his recievers finger tips.

But atleast he hasn't been throwing the balls 5 yards short or to either side of the reciever or looked completly lost like dysert and jones.

Yep.

There's a reason Smith didn't come. This is why. He was almost certainly already the top rated QB in the class, so he didn't have anything at all to gain. The only thing he could do was hurt his position with a game like all these guys have had so far today.

I'm not. I also think Geno is underwhelming as a first round QB.

I am incredibly happy my team isn't taking a first round QB this year.

i'd give manuel the edge over wilson just cause his TD pass was beautiful and he has a TD pass but wilson has played just as good and made very accurate throws even for being short passes

Quite true, like Mayock said this game is a perfect venue for a player like Ziggy. Not so much for qbs. Don't get me wrong I want to like Geno just not there yet. Although to your point about Poe, Smith wouldn't have to do much to be an improvement over any CHIEFS 1st rounder under Egoli. Yes that includeds MR. 2-time Pro Bowler
