2013 Fed S.34 Lautenberg - permit the AG to deny the transfer of firearms/terrorists
2013 Fed S.34 : A bill to increase public safety by permitting the Attorney General to deny the transfer of firearms or the issuance of firearms and explosives licenses to known or suspected dangerous terrorists.
Sponsor: Sen Lautenberg, Frank R. [NJ] Link to bill: http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquer...s/d113SN.lst:: This has to be one of the most hilarious of the anti-gun bills.....so really you want AG HOLDER....to decide who is allowed to buy guns????Suspected Terrorist - no! Murderous Cartel - **** yes! BTW while on the surface this bill doesn't sound 'bad' let's call it what it is, it's intent is to make the transfer of firearms 'may transfer' rather than shall transfer and you'll have to have a 'good cause' to own a gun. It'll start with suspected terrorists....then go to suspected gang members....then people without LEO training....etc....etc....etc... |
