If you are willing to live in states that tells you how big a fountain pop you can buy. Then don't be shocked when they tell you how many bullets,mags ect you can buy or own.

You know I was wondering about that. I don't know enough about internal Iowa politics to say if it would impact him but he seemed to have won his reelections pretty handily. He is the other one that could be negatively impacted by this.

At first I was thinking that a high capacity ban of some sort might pass. Now I'm kinda doubting that this thing goes anywhere.

BTW general rule never ever engage someone whenever they say 'why do you need to have X'. This is a free society that question is never relevant. Flip the conversation around on them. It's never about why you need to have it, it's about why they need to take it from you.

There are valid reasons to prohibit things, but in our society the burden of proof is on taking, not having.
