A core part of how we conduct our democracy. In this case, there is no transfer of power so maybe it doesn't have the panche but its still I think the most pomp and circumstance that we allow our self's to have in our democracy.

That is kind of funny, really. Maybe the word "doughnut" slipped his mind. I don't know. Stuff like that happens to me. I think if I was standing there listening when it happened though I'd assume he was just being goofy. I do goofy stuff too. Then again, I've never ran for President. And I'm not a ridiculously rich guy awkwardly trying to connect with normal humans.
