Favorite 80's unsung comedy?

You have your normal 80's favorites, Fast Times at Ridgemont high, Ferris and the like. But what is your favorite lesser known movies?
Mine are in no particular order
Hamburger the Motion Picture
Hardbodies
Hot Dog the movie
My Tutor.

I've wrung my hands for the right pick way too long... when you had the perfect answer all along.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre meets... what, beetlejuice maybe? i'm not sure, but it totally fits the op definition.

Absurd perfection.

I'm not sure Stripes would be considered unsung, but I'll endorse it anyway as well.

Also Brewster's Millions.

That one movie where this scrawny kid who gets picked on has this old man tell him to wax his car and stuff next thing you know he teaches him some karate moves.

Next thing you know the timid, weak kid that acts like he is afraid of his own shadow gets in a karate tournament.

The child gets beat up by this other dude a lot in the tournament then the kid acts like a chicken and kicks his butt. i cried at the end.
