Computers HELP! Looking for the best web based Task Manager. Any recommendations?

I'm going nuts trying to keep track of all my tasks across the different companies.

As many of you know, Outlook tasks program is not web based. Gmail tasks program is too limited.

I need something that is device or browser independent.

What programs or apps do you use? Or recommend?
