Good Bars in the SoCAL area?
Traveling for a hockey game in SoCAL (Huntington Beach precisely) and our return flight is tomorrow morning. So I'm looking to go bar hoping for a bit.

Yelp has too many contradicting opinions - what do you have for me CP?? I prefer regular, rock or dive bars.

Main street by the pier is a row of bars. The Huntington brewery was goos in 94 when i lived there. Unless they gentrified the place, the further you go away form the beach, the more trashy the bars get, there were a couple punk ones at the end.

Goat Hill tavern at the end of the 55 freeway in Newport beach was always good 108 beers on tap.
