Hideously dumb. KU beat KSU twice in basketball. That was not allowed back in 2005 when OU tied KU without going to Allen.

If it's a tie in the standings, it will still be a split/share championship like the other years. The team that KU really has to worry about there is OSU, though, not KSU considering their schedule.
