Here's his bio where he basically says nothing except that he's the best draft analyst in the world.

Interesting that he compares himself to McShay and Kiper, who have pretty poor reputatons as mock drafters.

I checked the Huddle Report to see where he actually ranks and he's not even listed in either the mock draft section or the top 100 section.

Pretty sad, really.

But this article says he was a 17-year old high school SOPHOMORE.

Not going to lie...I'm intrigued by Manuel if we can get him with a value pick later on. I don't want to bet the franchise on him, though. I want Wilson Barkley or Smith with the number 1 - whichever becomes the clear number one after the combine and pro-days.
