The KC Chiefs just blocked me on Twitter. LOL Last night, I tweeted that for the 4th year in a row, the Chiefs are at the bottom of salary cap spending and that the owner, Clark Hunt, is hoarding cap dollars. The Chiefs commitment to mediocrity has made me not care much about being a fan... They responded with this DM.

I responded that it is good to know that the KC Chiefs have an immature teenager running their social media.
I, as a fan for my whole life of nearly 40 years, who have never seen the Chiefs in a Superbowl, nor have I seen a playoff win in nearly 20 years, nor have I seen a QB drafted in the last 27 years... I have a right to be pissed. The Kansas City Chiefs have no right to be pissy toward the fans. We are the ones paying your salaries. Shame on you, Chiefs. Oh, and congrats on 50 years of being in KC. 10 years of greatness, followed by 40 years of pathetic profiteering.

Over age 40 and work for the team? Enjoy being systematically fired.

Rooms bugged, cell phones bugged, dozens of employees referring to working in fear, being intimidated.

Secret service guys roaming the sidelines, Chiefs employees making snarky comments on social media.


All leading to a 21-28 record.

Yep, it's my choice to be a fan, and I can guaran-god-damn-tee you that I won't spend another penny on this franchise until this regime is gone.

You hired an asshole, Clark - and he's making your franchise look even more inept than it did when your father ran things.

Don't forget taxing the average jackson county citizen so that Clark can pay the team taxes.

7-9 would be a major disappointment, IMO. If this team is healthy, I think a playoff win is likely, even with Cassel at the helm. They're just loaded at talent at nearly every position and young players like Allen, Poe and Menzie may surpass the veterans ahead of them earlier than some might expect.

Gonna make some noise means they'll be better than most members thought at the time. Since then, the national media has jumped in as well.

There's certainly enough talent to win a playoff game and I'm not throwing in the towel after one game. It's way too early for that.
