Like I've stated it's fairly easy to see some parts of evolution, although I would probably refer to it as adaptation as it's mislabeled.

Neither can be proven 100%.

Creation is NOT a theory, to call it that is to misunderstand the definition of a theory completely. At best its a hypothesis but really it's barely a cogent thought.

That is true, a scientific theory must be falsifiable. Creationism does not qualify.
