You earn a crown with a Super Bowl win. Just an idea...decorated logos based on achievements.

The one's with crowns are based off of the badge style of teams from Spain. Spanish league teams have crowns in the logo. If you go to the full site, they are currently designing logos of each team based off of the style of different countries, such as England, Italy, etc.
