I'm sure mike b can be un-flatteringly compared to a character in GTA V, but I haven't played the game yet to make that comparison.

He's the meathead whose knee Walt smashed in the pilot.

You are describing all the guys who beat you up before you became a teacher to reap your vengeance? In reality you couldn't be more off base. I am sorry if I hurt your feelings, I was making a joke but it was probably not very kind of me to do so at your expense.

I have no vengeance to reap, but it's generally easy to spot overcompensating douchebags--pitbull avatars, overreliance on terms like butthurt, and past filtered gay slurs are pretty clear giveaways.

Way to accept an apology.

The "pitbull" is my lab
you seem pretty butthurt
gay slurs not directed at gays are only offensive to closet gays and snooty liberal douchbags

I heard from someone that if you wear an Affliction shirt, and you see another guy wearing the same Affliction shirt you are, you have to kill that guy.

I don't know if this is true, as I don't wear that stuff, but curious if it is.

Slag! Let's buy matching affliction shirts and battle in inappropriate places.

So, as I'm rewatching this, it occurs to me that Walt letting Jane die was indeed more about saving Jesse than him being an asshole. He was REALLY torn up about it, but let's not forget that Jane is the one that introduced Jesse to heroin and got him hooked on it. So, her dying "saved" Jesse. This was also directly after Walt talked to Jane's father and got the "There's nothing more important than family" line. Walt is looking at Jesse both as a way to save his immediate family and as Jesse becoming Walt's family.

I know this has been hashed out before, but it's something I never really let sink in the first time.
