"Massachusetts Senator John Kerry is lobbying for secretary of State, although Obama has been cautioned that would be received negatively by many Republicans."

What do you think about this? I remember Kerry's "passing the global test" line from the debates. I wonder if Obama subscribes to the same test.

We aren't supposed to know that his timing could not of been worse cause right after that they changed the tactic with swift boats and sent them into combat zones.
