No. The timing on that play was too early. You've literally gotta wait an extra 0.2 seconds and that pass is on the money there.

Also I'll explain here, that example was a slight slaw in the game design. Notice how the TE turned outside on the curl inside of inside? The AI wants to throw that pass to the inside and assumes a go route essentially. That play call in particular will always mess up that same way if thrown too soon.

I would leave reaction time the same then. Just lower the interception rating. Hell. Maybe leave reaction at 50 and interception to 40. That's what I would do.
