Chris Wormley reminds me of Chris Jones

He's not as good as Chris Jones, but goddamn does he remind me of him.
He's almost the exact same body type as Chris Jones. 6'5" 34+ inch arms, 10.5 inch hands and he's got very good athleticism for his size just like Jones.
The kid had 6 sacks last year and held the point extremely well. Even his draft profile says he was never on the ground.

Imagine having this guy lined up inside with Chris Jones in the nickel? Houston/Jones/Wormley/Ford. My god that's a plan for destruction.

This is the only fatty I would take high in this draft. I would have no issue if we took him in rd 2...provided a QB is taken at 27.

PURE STUD. Seems like the draftniks are undervaluing him. I don't think NFL teams will make the same mistake.

Would you want to kick Jones inside at NT then? Or who would you take to replace Poe as a 2-gap stuffer?

Here's his results from his pro day per Gil Brandt on NFL.com:

4.82 and 4.87 40.
4.55 short shuffle
7.08 3 cone!!!!

That is insane if true! Holy shit. Let's compare this to Chris Jones:

Short shuddle: Jones-4.62 | Wormley-4.55
3 cone: Jones-7.44 | Wormley-7.08 ----that's what DB's and receivers run

This guy has got to be high on the board especially with Logan and Howard both being FA's after this season.

Just pick him in rd 2. Him and Jones together will be insane in the nickel defense.

The best player on Michigan's defense by far IMO. I have no problems with Wormley.

He is worth a first round pick.

I think it's a real possibility he falls to our 2nd with the deep class of CB's, TE's, edge rushers, safeties and RB's pushing him down the board.

Not sure why this kid isn't getting the pub he deserves. I'd take him over Brantley and all the other guys.

Don't get me wrong I would love for KC to get him with their 2nd. He won't be there. There is only one Chris Wormley in this draft.

Michigan DL Chris Wormley should be a target for teams looking for the "Next Chris Jones", who had a terrific rookie season for the Chiefs.

I called that shit first Scotty..

Nice call bro. In the CP Mock I should have taken him in the 2nd for the Skins instead of Raekwon. Since I made that pick they signed Zack Brown.
