I did a riff on chicken Cordon Bleu tonight. Stuffed chicken breast with a 3 cheese stuffing, along with bacon, ham and halapenos.

Anybody like the Boulevard brats? Taste the same as most brats? They showed up in our local grocery store recently. $6/pack of 5. Is it worth spending $1.80 more compared to the other uncooked brats we have?

Haven't had the Boulevard Brats but have had the Johnsonville Firecracker Brats that come around once a year. The Firecracker Brats are the best damn brat I have ever tasted.

no, creamy horseradish, but my wife went heavy on the sour cream.

The best part is due to a screwup by the meat counter guy I paid $7.99/lb for bone in choice ribeye.
