Least favorite Horror movie sequel?

What is yours? I really despise Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare, Jason Goes To Hell, Jason X and Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation. But my most hated is A New Nightmare. It shows the contempt that Wes Craven has for the good movies in the series and their success.

I felt fear and uneasiness with The Sixth Sense. I definitely felt it with The Others.

I guess that maybe, there's no true definition, unless it's over-the-top fantasy/gory stuff like Friday the 13th and the Freddie movies, but films like the above and even "The Omen" felt like horror films to me.

Lol. I don't know either but as a little boy that movie was bad ass! 1st movie I ever saw in 3D. Also a weirdly good cast. Dennis Quaid, Leah Thompson, Lou Gossett JR. Funny you should mention this because I was watching the new CBS show, Zoo, last night and Bess Armstrong was on it. I swear I haven't seen her in anything since she played the lead female in Jaws 3.

Wanna see a very creepy movie? Lovely Molly. Just crazy feeling of dread, and I love horror movies and that one creeped me out in a few spots!

All in the eye of the beholder, I suppose. I think the Friday the 13th's and Nightmare on Elm streets of the world become more comedy after a few sequels. Jason X was funny as shit.

Older movie right? Yeah I think I remember that from when I was young. That was good, but I'd like to watch it again now.

Critters 2 was garbage. Come to think of it, Gremlins 2 sucked balls as well.

From my point of view, anytime you're dealing with the "Supernatural", death, ghosts and so on, it's a Horror film.

But hey, I'm all ears and I'm certainly not trying to define a genre for anyone.
I guess I equate slasher films to horror. Sixth Sense is more supernatural. Fine line maybe.
