Have you tried Marijuana?

Curious how the board polls. I'm guessing it's 75%. (I am not one of them)

To find out the % of Americans who have, according to CBS see here:

What is the music for, if I may ask?
Generally for TV programs. Not every show requires "wall to wall" music but most of the hour long (40 minute) medical procedurals, Premium channel programs like GOT, Outlander, etc. require a ton of music.

Even a show like Star Wars Rebels is packed with at least 15 minutes of music for its 22 minute run time, although the show's composer, Kevin Kiner told me that it's easier to score Rebels and Clone Wars than CSI: Miami because he had to compose as many as 60 different cues, all in varying sounds and style, per week.

Yes I've tried it. About 10,000 times. I don't wanna get into my rant about how doctors prescribe synthetic heroin and benzos like it's candy, yet weed is illegal in most places. There's a lot of things about this country that are just monumentally ****ing stupid.

Don't look suspect. They aren't pulling people over that look like they have been on vacation, but if you are by yourself then you might be a target. Don't speed, and whatever you do, don't get off the highway if you see "Drug Check Point Ahead" signs. Those are a trap. If it is at night, they plant blue and red LED flashing lights in the median to make it look as if there are a lot of cops ahead. The real popos are waiting for you at the bottom of the off ramp right before the "checkpont." They aren't just pulling over everyone though, don't be dumb, and you shouldn't get caught.

I can walk four blocks from my house to a store now, but I have no interest in it. I don't understand the appeal.

I bet it varies a lot by age. I doubt that many 70+ year olds have tried it, and there are a lot of seniors out there.

Lost the appeal for me after about a month of using 35 years ago. In general, I prefer to be productive.

A more interesting poll would be, have you tried coke or have you banged a hooker.

Personally, I have no problem with the Marijuana but it's not for me. I don't understand the allure unless you have problems relaxing. When I've smoked it, I'm a sitter. I just sit and stare at stuff. Then eventually, I may get some paranoia, and when I'm mean paranoia, just being super afraid people think I'm high when I'm in a public place. Even just sitting somewhere, I think everybody is looking at me judging me to some degree.

Now cocaine, heroin, booze, I understand. It actually does something. Gets you going, elevated alertness. Gives you euphoria. Booze lowers your inhibitions. I just don't get why people would want to get high all the time, but to each their own.

My parents didn't smoke weed for the first time until they were in their mid and late 60's.

Let's just say, they enjoy it.

Only a couple hundred differently named kinds in 2 years.

Rain Man we get lots of seniors although it does skew down dramatically after 60.

... We get lots of ultra marathon runners... Vaping makes you focus and feel no evil. Or at least, less evil.
