Ah yes, common motherboard issue. Make sure computer is turned on with the case open, then pour around a gallon of antifreeze over the motherboard. Should clear up the issue.

I had a similar issue a few months back. Every time I scrolled, the page zoomed. A reboot fixed it.
I suspect my cat walked on my keyboard and accidentally did some sort of hotkey combo. Change your button functions in your mouse properties? |
