Was there anyone even warming up? I think the whole scenario is pretty unrealistic. The only manager that would've even considered taking him out probably would've been Tony LaRussa, because he liked the overmanage the bullpen. I could see him doing something there.

But even then... you don't get someone warming up until the 3rd walk... Holland strikes out the next two guys and probably stays in, regardless of the manager. People have to stop overreacting to every little gust of wind.
