Chiefs Hopefully Andy Reid quits tomorrow

Can't stand how he calls a game. Love the team and I'm sure I'll be back for another year of self-flagellation next season, but Andy Reid is a moron who's coaching style will beat inferior teams all day long but will never win the big game (which is why he's lost in the playoffs so many times).

His reputation for poor clock-management is real. His reputation for not relying on his best players is real. I'm sure there are plenty of coaches that are worst than him, but he's never ever ever going to get the Chiefs to the Super Bowl (let alone win it). If that's the goal then he needs to go.

4 years, 1 playoff win. What an incredible mountain of a coach. A surefire legend, folks will be talking about that 1 win for ages all across America. 7.5M/yr for that guy is a bargain.

It's either give him another year or this in all honesty. You can't take his playcalling duties away from him and keep him as the head coach, I have a feeling Alex would regress and Andy would have one foot out the door if that were to happen. We're backed into a corner where it's either widespread changes, or hoping next year is different. The team will use 12-4 as an excuse to keep the ship going in the same direction, but we need massive changes at ILB, WR, RB and most importantly OLine. Get some big guys to give Alex, or whoever, more time than what they have.

Clock management was frustrating, but players lost this one. Too many drops, penalties, and the line was not good.
