No representation without taxation

Using the old no taxation without representation I thought I would post a poll in reverse considering half the population pays no Federal Income tax at all. Should they have representation? It could solve the vast majority of our voter fraud as well. If you are a citizen who pays Federal Income tax you get a ballot.

And the more money you make, the more your vote should count, exponentially. Because the ones with the most have the most to lose.

George Soros/Koch/Rothschild should have the most sway. The rest of you are putting their property rights at risk. You dont have skin in the game like they do.

About 60% of these 76 million do work and pay payroll taxes (like Social Security and Medicare), while about 40% are retired.

Also, any given individual who hasn't retired may have years when they pay income taxes and years when they do not, given that folks can become unemployed and/or cut back on work to go to school or to deal with family caregiving or other issues.
Exceptions can be made for some of those conditions. Retirees are called retired because they have worked all their lives, stay at home Moms rely on family income.

As for Detoxing's stupid argument, Soros and his ilk keep their money in tax exempt off shore accounts which he advises others not to do. That's not having skin in the game either. Outside of that the more you make they more they take already. That's why it's called a progressive income tax. But no their vote should not count more exponentially—that's not the same thing as having skin in the game.

Billionaires have more skin in the game than you. Sorry sweet cheeks.

We don't need low income people like you risking their properties anymore than you want a welfare queen risking yours. And their properties are biggely bigger than yours.

It's been interesting watching you devolve into a red pill incel. Pathetic, but interesting.

It's an interesting thought experiment, like what would happen if you had to have at least $1 in federal income tax liability for the previous year to vote in an election. (Well, I think we all know what would happen, but anyway...)

But you've got people who are retired and who are (legitimately) disabled, and it's not really that simple.

That's why I said I wouldn't want the legitimately disabled to suffer, not talking about people who are on disability because of a lifelong struggle with ho-hos or because they can't bring their service peacock to work with them

Obviously once you are are SS or on you pension you are fine. I think a more realist scenario is a lifetime tally with a grace period up to maybe 25? If you take more then you contribute you should not have a choice in elections. If you are being paid by the government your vote is compromised.
