Drew is despised in coaches circles for his negative recruiting tactics. Matt Scott had a few stories about him he told me once a few years back. Basically Drew has no ethics, so other coaches shun him.

For instance i believe one story goes that Drew would heavily negative recruit a certain player away from another university (KU), even when he knew he had no shot at the kid to cone to Baylor. He would try to steer them away from the BigXII conference. Spending Baylor's recruiting resources just to try and prove that Lawrence or Austin wasnt a good fit for the kid and to pick Memphis or another school.

I audited the store in Wheeling one time. I asked this long haired goofy looking uncle brother type guy what was a good place to eat. He was telling me about this rib outfit (they were horrible BTW).
