That's a B or B- performance all day. The interception was dreadful and also a near INT in the endzone. The rest was good to great.

I went for A- just because I'm still buzzing about that last throw . In terms of his performance, well I was happy with what I saw.

1.He extended some drives with some very decent throws

2. Was unlucky not to get the first TD with a good throw to Hunt In the redzone

3. He rushed with the ball once so showed confidence outside the pocket

4. He also stepped into the pocket more than a few times when he was under immense pressure which is encouraging to see

5. Just like at Denver, he didn't let the interception phase him at all and In that game he threw that incredible throw to Robinson to extend the drive in the two-minute drive. Today, he throw that incredible pass to Tyreek for the TD. This is MASSIVE imo because having a short memory as a QB is a very good skill to have, especially when you're a young one.

6. He also seems to have a good little connection going with Kelce and Tyreek, hopefully he will find some a little more as we move forward.

If not his grade should be a D or F for the terrible throws. Most teams won't give up a bomb like that with 28 seconds to go in the half. You know it's coming.

All equals a solid A all day in my book, we went into the half on a high and only down 4... Pat was steady and flashy

Also, the pick looked like Robinsons fault to me, he was half speed and not even looking for the ball
Yeah i'm going with this.

Had he looked off that safety on the INT we might be talking about a different kinda play.

Middlin gave him a C but the throw was beautiful. The league now knows he can throw it that far. Maybe should have saved it for the real season.

This game was a snapshot of what we should expect from Mahomes this season. It'd be a fantastic start to a young rookie.

It's best that they know now. Forces them to respect its availability.

Need to see a good replay of the INT. Wondering why he didn’t choose Hill since the safety was coming for Watkins?

It was Sammy all the way. I wonder if that was the plan before the snap.
