What food(s) do you think are overrated?
Going to be honest, I think pizza is overrated. I have to be really in the mood to have it, after I have 1-2 slices I’m done and feel like shit. It’s not satisfying at all.

What’s your overrated food(s).

Filet Mignon. Easily the most overrated piece of meat. I'm convinced the only people that like it can't cook a proper steak because the only thing it has going for it is that it is really tender even if you **** it up, but it has NO flavor.

I can pay a couple extra bucks and go to BRGR and get a real burger with a bun that didn't come from the dollar store.

It's mostly about thermal connectivity. Steel is higher than stone, meaning that it transfers its heat faster to the dough, which will lead to better rise and better crust. It does cook a lot faster, but if you read the tips, you'll figure out how to get the top and bottom done at the same time (most recommend heating the steel with the broiler 6 inches down). Slide the pizza on and as the steel is cooking the crust, the broiler is cooking the top. Everything done in 5 minutes or less.
