Chattanooga is a super cool town. As is Nashville.
Here in Atlanta if you’re a foodie eat some local joints in town. Once you’re south of Atlanta is boring as shit until you hit the beach. |

I was just in Chickamauga last year. The museum was okay, but I wasn't wowed by touring the battlefield so much.
With a two-hour detour you could go to Mammoth Cave in Kentucky. It's worth seeing. I really like touring old mansions, and I want to go to Andrew Jackson's home in Nashville. I went there as a small child but don't remember much.

Chattanooga is my favorite “wish I could find a good job here” city in America right now. Crazy pretty, small town vibe and a few hours from Nashville and Atlanta.
Nashville is the best spot in America right now for a Friday or Saturday night to have some drinks and walk around. I am not a country music fan, but those bars are so dang fun. |
