Yeah, I’ve tried eating healthier, salads, fruits, lots of water, but I think I’m just not getting enough exercise.

My wife has been having to much fun laughing at my new gut.

I need either a standing desk, to start exercising or liposuction.

Depends on what you think of as fat. Iím 51, 6í4 and 215. I think Iím in pretty good shape, but I suppose thatís debatable. And yes, I care as I watch my diet and i excercise regularly.

I'm down 70-75 since March 2017 and feel great. I want to lose the last 25 pounds and I'll be ripped. Close to under 200 for first time in 16 years.

Where did you start at?

Diet? Exercise? Or Both?

I'm only 5' 7" and weighed 274. I looked like a pumpkin with a head on it. I don't look 200 as I have a big, wide chest and 36" waist and a flat bony ass. I don't have any loose skin so happy about that.

You're just taking in too many calories.

I'm not trying to be that douche giving weight loss advice online, but just think about reducing your portion sizes. Eat whatever you'd normally eat, just less of it. You'll be hungry at first but that's OK. After a while the smaller portions will become more filling and you'll see the weight start to come off. You legitimately don't even need to set foot in a gym to lose weight.
