Dilemma of the No. 1 pick

Just flipping through my guide to see when the combine is going to take off. As I was scanning through, a 1 hour show on NFLN "Dilemma of the No. Pick" will be playing.

That's 3:00 PM Pacific Time on NFLN.

Could be interesting unless this is something old.

Nothing special.

Good quote by Johnson though lol "I didn't want to take an offensive tackle with the 1st pick. I wanted someone who would put the ball in the end zone." -Jimmy Johnson

And shortly after that he said "you don't build franchises are offensive linemen, you build franchises around the QB".

Something the local media, especially Soren Petro has been saying is, look at Reid's draft history to predict where he might go, and they'd see a lot of o line and d line, and suggest that's where he's going. But, it's not apt for this year. O and D line were popular for Reid when a QB was established. His one year Where QB was a question was 1999. That's what we have to go on.

His first year in Philly, no less.

It's an impossibly small sample size of 1, but Andy Reid's first major choice as HC of the Eagles was to draft Donovan McNabb.
