It has to do with horror of the actual picture and the making light of political anarchy that contributed to someone's death and likewise acting like the public execution of Greg Robinson is somehow a worthwhile cause simply because of a football scheme gone bad...

It has nothing to do with a sense of humor and everything to do with proper historical political context...

The Yassir and Osama ones ARE funny...

they are not distortions of someone's impending death or immediate suffering.

Somebody thought it was necessary to take a picture of an execution, much like we think it's necessary for Greg Robinson to be executed... I mean exterminated... oops I mean terminated.

P.S. Nobody told you to open a thread titled for Fraz, so stop being a whiney biootch. Thats the great thing about "American" freedom, if you don't want to see something you don't have to look. Now run along and find the Taliban threads you live by.

Maybe everyone here who finds this funny will someday be threatened with a gun to their head for doing a bad job at work...

and maybe that idea will be championed as being a just punishment on the internet so other morons will jump on the wagon and find your vitual and digitally enhanced Photoshop execution to be 'funny.'

You need to lighten the hell up...

You must not get out much. Try an evening with wine, the companionship of a significant other, and little "boogie" nights....in other words, get drunk, dance your azz off, and get laid.

You'll wake up with an entirely new perspective and maybe you won't take everything so damn seriously....

It's not PC...it's common sense. Outside of this twisted and depressed and angry board not many people would find humor in this. Perhaps after the sting wears off and the realization that Greg Robinson is not the anti-Christ sets in many here won't find it funny either...

I guess since it's only been 48 hours hate and bitterness and a revenge mentality should be expected. ENJOY!!!

Boo..fuckin...whoo!! I don't approve of your constant whining and raider crap you put on this board so stop trying to moderate these guys when all their doing is making jokes. Just because you don't think a joke is funny that doesn't make it so. And since when has a picture on the planet ever actually killed someone? It's not like anyone(most anyone) would actually want to see GR actually killed, it's called humor, it takes some of sting off of losing in the playoffs. I guess you wouldn't know that though since the only sting you felt was when your team quit in the first quarter of the season. Learn how to laugh at things and lighten up for Ala's sake.

Believe it or not, Robinson has supporters on the Chiefs. Perhaps they will find it hysterical. Maybe DV will bust a gut and get a good cry over this...Maybe even Robinson's kids might receive it sent to them in a 'funny' emailed story. You just never know who will see this and find it 'hysterical.'

Hey, maybe it will backfire (no pun intended) and the team and management will rally around the guy...

I bet you would love that, since your raiders have to play us twice a year. They need to change this smilie to Mememe

I honestly think that the headsnap photo in post #59 is the funniest thing I've ever seen on the Planet.

I laughed my head off, and actually had to think about why it was so funny. Intellectually speaking, it's got practically every element of humor in it: it's shocking, it speaks to our trauma as Chiefs fans, it's visually well executed, it paints Robinson just as many of us see him (helpless, dazed, and confused), and he's got the same expression as the boy on the left. Plus, it's juxtaposed on a picture that's so serious and negative that you just know you shouldn't laugh, which makes it all the funnier. It even helps that the thread produced indignant complaints.

I'm afraid that it's the moon shot of chiefsplanet humor. In a one-time effort, we went above and beyond what our humor technology should have allowed. It may be years, even decades, before we approach that level of humor again, much less surpass it.
