This is ridiculous. Give us your HOF QB rental, and we would be saying the exact shit to you. Bowe would have 1200 yards right now, the only guy we can't match you on is Welker straight up. Decker is just another white WR and Dem. Thomas is a so so WR with a guy like Alex Smith throwing them the rock. Peyton Manning makes everything happen for you, he has been literally creating HOF WR's since the beginning of time. Don't act like your roster is superior (besides Manning of course) over ours. It isn't.

That's not "absolutely" better than Hali or Houston. Hali, maybe. Not Houston.

His stats are greatly inflated by the fact the opposing team is in pass only mode 80% of the time. Doesn't take a genius to figure that one out.

Umm, great point.

I'd take Houston over Von due to Von's off the field problems. Von's off the field antics pretty much negate any on the field advantage he has over Houston (which isn't much). Denver has already lost 6 games of production due to his stupidity, I wonder how many games total they will lose over his career.

I love this new theme of the last month or so.

KC's receiver problem is this - you don't have a legit #1. Bowe is a borderline #1 guy, but a great #2. KC needs a #1 - that's the issue. Give Smith a better lead WR and a strong TE candidate and you'd likely have a very nice and very consistent passing attack.

Bowe isn't a legit #1.

DT is a solid #1 WR and Decker is a solid #2 WR...

Give Smith the likes of DT, Decker (or Bowe) and Thomas at TE and you'd see nice consistent production, much improved over what he is doing now.

You can hate on Denver for landing Manning all you like... but KC's issues are not with the QB and any shortcomings he might have, it's with the lack of playmakers at the receiving position.

Borderline #1? Lol, with PM he'd have equal to if not better than stats over Demaryiasfuas Thomas. AS has never had consistent production, and isn't that type of QB. He is a risk minimizer and you could give him Rice, Carter, and Moss and he'd still have mediocre stats.

BTW, Bowe has carved out a pretty solid career considering he has had absolute shit QB's throwing him the ball. Probably add a 40% boost to his stats if he had a guy like PM for most of that time. Then you would be talking about a potential HOFer.

That's horse shit, dude. "Borderline #1" receivers don't catch 15 TD passes in one season with Matt ****ing Cassel throwing them the football.

Your opinion is valid.

It doesn't, however, change the fact that Von would start on the Chiefs.

I'm not willing to say Alex Smith sucks and our receivers are great. Bowe is good, not sure where I would rank him with Denvers receivers but beyond that we have a trainwreck at Wideout.

I'm not suggesting that Smith could become elite, but he'd be much more consistent - think of all the damn drops by the WRs in recent weeks. Yes, Smith has limitations and has never been a big numbers guy, but he can improve quite a bit with the right weapons. KC should build up around him, esp while Charles is young.

I said if he played Sutton's scheme.

Like, take out Hali and put in Miller. His numbers wouldn't be significantly better than Hali's by any stretch of the imagination. They might be slightly better since he's the superior athlete, and the Chiefs would benefit because he's more of a solid tackler. But that's about it.
