Have you fallen recently?

We'll count a fall as anything that would mark you down in a football game. So any part of your body touches the ground other than hands or feet.

Have you gone down in the past year? We will have two categories: accidental falls and falls in sports or recreation (where one might expect to fall at some point).

The thing is, when you fall, you MUST immediately jump back up and say "I meant to do that."

Excepting headsnap.

So did you get to go barefoot for nine weeks? Did you get one of those little knee cart things to whiz around on?

I play basketball usually once, sometimes twice a week. I fall down probably on average at least once a game. So figure that into 52 weeks a year and that's over 50 times.

Shattered my Navicular bone. It was displaced, the bones on either side of it were touching, the navicular was spread out around it. Turned one bone into seven pieces though...

I rode my bike out of the venue and drove 20 miles in rush hour traffic to get to 'my' immediate care center. Yes, put my shoe on and drove with a shattered right foot.

I was on crutches, and got really good at hopping on one leg. No knee cart. I would wear a cast sock over it, the kids did not want to look at it.

I fell jumping my bike at the Mega Cavern Bike Park btw...
