Maybe it's anger but I think Elway is trash

It still bugs me about the sanders business couple of years ago.

His comment to the negotiations of "I will do anything it takes to Win". Shows what a piece of trash he is. It's bad enough that the Broncos won but him to be praised on what a great GM makes me sick to my stomach!

Ok sorry had to vent

My problem with Hunt is what gold and red said,

"Clark seems to agree with you. I am just more scared of Sutton and Reid than of the opponent."

We are placing our hopes and dreams on a coach who has decades (not years but decades) experience as a HC and only one losing SB. Do we really think he is going to win one???

I do not like Elway because "Denver," but he has turned the donks around twice. Yeah, I know ... Manning ... but he went out and got him. He had the balls to fire his HC after winning the AFCW. I don't think Hunt would have done that and I believe Fox wouldn't have won the SB.

I agree the real issue is Sutton. As I recall, he has failed in every big game. Phillips was the MVP in that game. I think we are doomed with our coaching staff.

As much as I hate to admit it ... the truth hurts. It is our owner, GM, and HC that has not produced a winner.

Yes, we haven't won in over 4 decades but I will disagree with Denver wining the past 40+ years. Denver only started winning when Elway came on the scene. I remember when Denver was at the bottom.
First, for you to emphasize "decades" is ignorant. Reid became a head coach in 1999. That means he has been a head coach 17 years. A decade is 10 years, the plural of that would be 20. To state it and then try to re-emphasize it with parentheses means you are being dumb. He coached many of those years being really close to the top, just not quite there. Schottenheimer is 6th on the all time win list, no super bowl. Then you go on to say the real problem is Sutton. If the real problem is Sutton, why did you start by bagging on a very successful head coach, if Sutton is the problem (i'll give you a hint: you don't know what you're talking about).

Finally, you say Denver only started winning when Elway came on the scene. Denver started winning in 74, made the Super Bowl but lost in 78, and made the playoffs the next two years.

If you are going to spout anti-Chiefs crap, try to be remotely close on facts.

Regarding Reid's lack of SB success over a prolonged period, if Kubiak can luck into one because of being in the right place at the right time, why can't Reid? Maybe the stars align!
I don't think it's fair to say that Kubiak lucked into this. What he had was one of the hardest coaching jobs I've ever seen a coach faced with. The fact that he was able to keep the team focused during a full-blown quarterback controversy is notable. And that's without mentioning all the injuries he had to juggle to make it all work. I don't know if Fox would have even made the playoffs with this team.

I don't think Kubiak would have been better than 8-8 without Wade Phillips. Denver just set a record for the fewest offensive Yards ever for a Superbowl winning team.

You might be onto something there. Dorsey needs to do everything in his power to build up this team around Dustin so that he can lead us to the promised land...

I don't know. Pioli did that and it didn't pay off.
