Dodgeball.

I would add Buzkashi, the national sport of Afghanistan. The term "Buzkashi" means "goat-grabbing", which you can probably see why it has earned such a name:

I would consider adding skateboarding if it was a downhill race and the contestants could hit each other with large jousting sticks. Otherwise, no.

skateboarding is one of those "sports" that I think I'll go ahead and watch once every 4 years if an American is in line for a medal, but I'm not stoked about it. Karate might be interesting depending on the rules.
