Repost Police suck my dick

Planetside is a REALLY addictive first person shooter..... on PC only right now MAYBE coming to SOny Playstaion eventually...

The battles are massive.....hundreds of people on the same battlefield. Combined arms, infantry, tanks, air, transport/supply vehicles.

Check this game out...lots of roles , not just grunt/infantry....You can really play engineers or medic or troop transport etc...squad leader.....pilot....gunner...bomber.....etc etc....





If you play on server "connery" as the NC (new conglomerate) I would be glad to squad up with you and show you a little of what I know. Its kind of a steep learning curve.....but it is REALLY fun once you learn to move around and find the "front lines" of the war and get into a squad....

2) make a character on server Connery , New conglomerate (blue team)

3) check it out a little bit , go to the "VR" virtual reality center and try out all weapons and vehicles

4) try 'instant action' and try joining a few different squads

5) post any questions or PM me if you wanna **** around and kill some shit


*If you hate the NC for some reason, I do have characters in the other factions (vanu & Terran) so I can hook up with you in those as well, theyre just not as advanced...I prefer NC but can play any of them as long as its Connery server.

I really want an fps coop scifi shooter...going to check out Warframe and Blacklight retribution. I noticed there are no shortages of 12 year old kids screaming stupid shit in the channels. Not that it's unusual but I want to play a game not act like a 2 year old.

ui can turn off in game chat and use ventrillo with adult squads

or mute the fools, add them to mute list

Ill be on tommorrow we can do some squad stuff. It has a learning curve but just being in a squad with pawnmower for 1 or 2 sessions and I feel like I have picked it up pretty quickly. You just need someone that knows the ropes to help you out~

also, blacklight is pretty awesome.

I'd like to get a squad of 4 plus going so we could **** shit up more tactically. Solo'ing isn't really a winning move in this game.

I have run with a couple of decent outfits.....if you want to avoid kiddies, turn off proximity chat, and join an adult outfit (clan).

I should make a list of known good adult outfits in the main post but here are ones I am pretty sure are good:

Devil Dogs 666th
WAR
GSGS
COLG

You can try getting into one of their public squads, when they have them but the best way is to join them and get ventrilo or teamspeak and play with them in their private squads. Its a completely different experience unlike any other game play out there...

I am kind of into being a lone wolf lately, so what I do is find out where these large outfits are going and then kind of hang around the battles and help out, hence my instructions on 'how to find a big battle'

Its really fun to hang with a good outfit....I just spent 3 hours with WAR and it wasn't bad at all, we had some fun.

absolutely. The other thing we might think about it all joining the same outfit

perhaps one of the ones I listed, or any other ones that you guys like.

That way we can all be a part of the same larger unit

whats the max speed your board can handle?

if the max is 1600 and you have access to win 7 64 (if not PM me)
