Coochie coo?

So I was at my friend's place around bar close this evening and a group of about five of us are on his second floor porch chatting when we hear a bunch of shouting on the street, so we look out the window, and there's a nascent brawl between a group of about 8-10 males. There's just some yelling and shoving, and my friend lives next to a very large bar, so this kind of thing isn't uncommon for him to witness, and he said they usually break up before things escalate. Well, this one escalated into some punches exchanged and some more shouting before a few of these guys that were about to get mauled sprint down the street. The other guys run after them for a minute, but then they start slowing down, and they're all yelling "Coochie coo, ****a!"

This swarm of boys is still standing around for like ten minutes when a cop car shows up, and soon 4 more cars show up as well as about 20 observers (I think a houseparty ended or something, as it was unclear where all of these people came from out of nowhere) and the cops end up hauling a few people away after the people refused to leave and one of them punched a cop in the face. This lead to some more entertainment as at least 10 people climbed into a jeep cherokee in front of this veritable convention of cops and make a 12 point turn in order to leave.

Anyway, the point: Coochie coo? WTF does this mean? All I could think of was that maybe they were calling the guys that ran pussies, but I couldn't confirm it on urban dictionary, so I thought I'd turn to the collective wisdom of the planet.
