**** OFFICIAL 2015 Flopnut's Fatties Weight-loss Thread****

We didn't do it last year but we did it two years ago and I'm bringing it back. Post in here if you want to drop some poundage and I'll add you to the main post. Set yourself a goal and then post in here to be held accountable. If you want....we can track your weight-loss all year long and then crown a winner at the end of the year. I know in the past that posters have put up prizes (not necessary).

Let's do this shit....

FYI: This is not a thread to start arguments over which way is the best way to lose weight. There are different ways for different people. Keep the stupid shit out of this thread.

Your current BMR is 2120 calories, and that's if you do no exercise at all.

If you eat 1400 calories a day for 2 months you will lose 720 calories a day in fat.

720 x 60 = 43,200 calories is about 12 pounds of fat los (3500 cals per pound of fat).

Mix in some exercise and I bet you get close to 20 pounds fat loss.

You could burn an additional 300 calories a day in exercise, giving you another 5 pounds of fat loss over the same period.

Some pretty big debate over aspartame. I, personally, refuse to eat/drink it... but I don't have a crazy soda addiction or huge amounts of sugar in my diet (outside of booze).

If I absolutely had to have that much soda on a regular basis, I'd absolutely switch to diet. This is coming from someone who is definitely suspicious of aspartame. It isn't going to harm you more than obesity and that amount of sugar, though.
