No, but I bought a huge 4 bedroom house last year that has stained concrete floors. Not a stitch of carpet.

It's a rental property . Lot's of people like the "no carpet" aspect due to allergies. One bedroom has a huge crack in the concrete from the foundation settling . Other than that the stain aspect that was used on the concrete is fine.

We stained the concrete in my whole basement a few years ago. Cheaper than carpet. Still looks fantastic. Do it.

Now, I'm checking out if anyone has dye or stained a pool area or driveway?

we finished our concrete basement.
We didn't like the facts that stain can peel or fade. So we stripped the concrete clean and put a clear polythene. Now we have shiny concrete colored floor. |

I've seen concrete flooring in a few homes. It's cool stuff and I'm a pretty hip dude.
So there you have it. |

Cost more, but we didn't want the risks associated with staining. |
