The Chiefs are the tough one on this list. The Chiefs fill their stadium but at relatively low price. Keep in mind that the analysis includes factors such as population and median income. In addition, Kansas City was ranked 29th in terms of Road Attendance last year and the social media following (Twitter) is middle of the road. The fundamental issue is that that the Chiefs produce these below average fan-based results while performing well above average on the field.

It's largely due to the Chiefs fan's negativity towards Alex Smith that overwhelms forums such as this one. The bickering between the small amount of apologists vs the large amount of haters on a daily basis is appalling to the rest of football league/fanbase - thanks to the media and its outlets. Shit wasn't even this bad when we had Cassel as our QB, so history only plays a small part in this, it has more to do with what's happening currently and what has been taking place since Alex arrived - even continues with our QB of the future on board. And even though most are in agreement to have Mahomes sit for a year or two, the negativity will continue to get worse over that time to possibly get get another shitty article written about their team.

Any forum, much less CP of all places, has any impact on this topic. None. Outside of CP, or a few other small forums, there is very little GAF for most fans over the QBs. Most see a vet QB that has limitations, but is pretty effective with a healthy team. Most now see a young and exciting QB drafted at #10 that they been wishful for, as well.

I'd say most Chiefs fans are passionate, and pretty awesome. It's just a smaller market, and these ridiculous rankings... great or not.. are silly click-bait gibberish.
